Tax Bill Update 
The company hired by the Borough to mail the 2022 tax bills failed to mail them by 8/3 as they had committed to do, and then, despite inquiries, failed to notify the Borough of the delay.
The tax bills WILL be mailed no later than 8/12, and as a result, the grace period for payment of third quarter taxes will be extended to 9/12. You may ignore the 8/31 date printed on the bill. Payments not made by 9/12 will have interest charged back to 8/1 as required by state law.
