A water advisory remains in effect and residents are still urged to boil their water before use.
Repair work continues on the broken main, which has disrupted service to many Belleville residents.
Officials are hopeful the water pressure will be restored to normal for residents by this evening.
The Township continues to distribute cases of bottled water while supplies last at the Senior Center at 125 Franklin Ave. Proof of Belleville residency is required.
