* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Russell, Washington and Wise.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM EDT, Light to moderate rain continues to fall over portions of the advisory area. Minor flooding is expected to remain possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Abingdon, Lebanon, Cleveland Va, Coeburn, Glade Spring, Honaker, Pound, St. Paul, Damascus, Hansonville, Holston, Rosedale, Lindell, Castlewood, Dye, Emory-Meadow View, Konnarock and Pardee. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
