* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lancaster and York.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 141 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Millersville, Willow Street, Red Lion, Paradise, Shrewsbury, Strasburg, Quarryville, Stewartstown, Gap, Delta, Wakefield, Cross Roads, Holtwood, Smithville, Shenks Ferry, Sunnyburn, Safe Harbor, Brogue, Susquehanna Trails and Lampeter. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
