Police Seek the Public’s Help in Identifying Assault Suspects and Vehicle

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help in identifying the below-pictured females in connection with an assault that occurred on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
At approximately 6:10 p.m., a female victim was hit in the face by a brick inside a sock that was thrown at her in the area of Lyons Avenue and Osborne Terrace following a quarrel with the three pictured suspects. The victim entered her vehicle and was followed by the suspects, who entered a black Cadillac with a New Jersey temporary registration of X471325. The back-seat passenger, inside the suspect vehicle, then pointed a handgun at the victim through an open window.
Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in identifying the three suspects as part of their investigation.
