On Friday, August 12
th, 2022, at approximately 12:20 AM, Union City Police Department officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Medallion Dr for a just occurred shooting.
Upon arrival, the officers found a 28-year-old female (Victim) with a single gunshot wound and attempted life saving measures. Alameda County Fire/Paramedics arrived shortly after and pronounced the victim deceased. UCPD Detectives responded and took over this investigation.
