Missing Person: Scott Winkler, DOB: 6/19/1991, 5-11, 150 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes. Last Seen Wearing: Black shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.
Hayward PD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult who is considered at-risk. Mr. Winkler was last seen leaving his residence in the 600 block of Plaza Place in Hayward, CA. Hayward PD would like to ascertain Mr. Winkler's welfare, due to concerning statements made after a family related incident. His last possible known location was Berkeley, CA around 3:30 PM on 8/12/2022.
