Boil Water Alert for Water Customers in Washington Township due to low water pressure.
GLWA has experienced a water main break on their transmission main, water customer residents may have low or no water pressure. We are advising residents to boil water prior to use.
We currently don’t have a time estimate as to when the break will be repaired, We will pass updates once they become available. This does not affect residents served by well water.
We are mandating water restrictions to all residents and businesses on outdoor irrigation, laundry, and any other unnecessary water use to help maintain water pressure.
