Flood Advisory until 10:30PM Saturday 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water running over roadways. Overflowing of poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 620 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Montello, Oasis, and Highway 233 or Montello Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
