1. Resisting Arrest (1725) 2600 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers attempted to arrest the suspect following a disturbance. The suspect refused to comply and was taken to the ground. The suspect declined medical attention. ARRESTED: Bianca Villanueva, 33, for resisting arrest.

2. Resisting Arrest (2145) 8800 Block of San Pasquel Way, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the report of a battery and attempted to detain the suspect. The suspect pulled away from officers, and a Taser was deployed. The suspect received medical treatment at an area hospital before being booked. ARRESTED: Justin Leos, 34, for resisting arrest and assault charges.

3. Person Shot (2229) 1600 Block of Westmora Avenue, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 39, was shot by two suspects. The victim received treatment at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect description.

4. Carjacking Arrest (2255) Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard and California Street, Seaport District
Officers located the suspect related to Watch Commander Night Watch Daily Entry #2 on 08/12/22. The driver was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Jeanette Garza, 27, for carjacking.

5. Weapon Arrest (0320) 2700 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the call location regarding a disturbance. Officers located the suspect, who was in possession of a loaded firearm. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Stacie Mischal, 20, for weapon charges.
