*** SMPD Investigating Homicide *** 
On Saturday night (August 14, 2022) at 12:08 am, Santa Maria Police Department officers responded to the 300 blk. of W. Newlove regarding shots heard in an alleyway. When officers arrived, they located a Hispanic male adult, who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was later identified as Felix Ivan Antonio Antonio (19 yrs. old, of Santa Maria); he died at the scene.
