We're aware of numerous reports on Social Media of a shooting, some reporting as fatal in Sumpter Township yesterday. These reports are completely FALSE.
Please don't believe Facebook "reporters". When incidents occur which should be relayed to our residents, rest assured we will release information as soon as practical.
