URGENT NOTICE REGARDING RECYCLING 
The Township has been informed that the Recycling Disposal Center - Republic Service is strictly enforcing clean recycling standards. This will require Blue Diamond to enforce clean recycling standards at the curbside.
KEY ISSUE - DO NOT BAG RECYCLABLES OR PUT PLASTIC BAGS IN RECYCLING CONTAINERS. No plastic sandwich bags, plastic wrap, or plastic grocery bags
Don't Bag It - never bag or bundle your recyclables. Recycling should be placed in containers loose.
Shredded paper should only be recycled if it is contained within a paper bag. Small pieces like bottle caps, shredded or tiny pieces of paper, and aluminum can tabs can get stuck in the recycling processing machines. When in doubt do the credit card test. If it’s bigger than a credit card, it can be thrown in the recycling bin. If it’s smaller, toss it in the trash.
Failure to comply will result in Blue Diamond leaving recyclables at the curbside.
