* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1020 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring along Route 60 between Rupert and Sam Black. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainelle, Rupert, Quinwood, Meadow Bluff, Anjean, Asbury and Bingham. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
