* WHERE...Portions of southwest Colorado and Utah, including the following areas, in southwest Colorado, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River and Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat, Canyonlands/Natural Bridges, La Sal and Abajo Mountains and Southeast Utah.
* WHEN...Through late this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of arroyos, creeks, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded or possibly washed out.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Portions of southwest Colorado and southeast Utah have received heavy rainfall and experienced flooding the past few days. Additional strong thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are anticipated to form again today increasing the threat of flash flooding.
