UPDATE ON JULY 2021 HOMICIDE
 
On July 20, at approximately 9:03 p.m., Humberto Cossio, 33 y/o, from Morgan Hill, was shot and killed as he was walked south through the intersection of Monterey Road and Spring Avenue.  It is believed Cossio was previously engaged in a verbal confrontation with a group of individuals on Ciolino Avenue; however, no suspects have been identified.
 
The Morgan Hill Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the owner of a white Nissan Sentra, which is suspected to be involved in the homicide.  The white Sentra was last seen driving west on Spring Avenue; its occupants are unknown.
