SUMMARY: On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at approximately 8:58 a.m., Deputy Villalpando took a theft report of an Apple Notebook valued at $3,000. The victim used a GPS tracking locator and found his Apple Notebook pinging in the 35200 block of Mountain Avenue.

Detective Shelton, Deputy Gray, Deputy Villalpando along with Sgt. Wilson contacted the above suspects outside the property, in the front yard. Deputies inquired about the stolen laptop and Milloy said it was located in one of the bedrooms.

Deputies conducted a security sweep of the residence for a pending search warrant. During the security sweep, deputies saw a Glock handgun on the carpet near the couch in the living room, and found narcotics (Fentanyl) in one of the bedrooms along with the stolen laptop, in plain view.

After the residence was secured, Detective Shelton authored a search warrant for the residence. The following items were seized: one gun, two rifles, several grams of Fentanyl and the stolen Apple Notebook.

Both Castro and Milloy are prior felons and were arrested for PC 496(a) - Possession of Known Stolen Property, PC 29800(B) - Felon in Possession of Firearm, PC 30305(A)(1) - Felon in Possession of Ammunition, PC 11370.1(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed.
