* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York, including the following counties, in northeast New Jersey, Essex, Hudson and Union. In southeast New York, Richmond (Staten Island).
* WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 143 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Bayonne, Todt Hill, Port Richmond, Tompkinsville, Oakwood, Annadale, New Dorp, Grasmere, Heartland Village and Greenridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
