The ongoing utility work has necessitated the closing of the following roads: Harrison Avenue, closed between Center Street and Dey Street and Dey Street, closed between Main Street and Harrison Avenue. Dey Street is closed to all traffic except local traffic. Local traffic can not access Dey Street from Main Street. Local traffic can only access Dey Strest from Harrison Avenue.
