Suspect Arrested After Threatening to Set a House on Fire in Havasu Lake
DATE/TIME: Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at approximately 2:32 p.m.
INCIDENT: PC 422(A) - Terrorist Threats
LOCATION: Havasu Landing Marina, Havasu Lake, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ryan Mallory, 42-years-old, Resident of Havasu Lake, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at approximately 2:32 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near Havasu Landing Marina and contacted Ryan Mallory.
Through investigation, Mallory was found to be in violation of PC 422(A) - Terrorist Threats, after threatening to set the victim's house on fire. Mallory was also found to have two outstanding warrants for HS11364(A) - Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia and VC23152(A) - Driving Under the Influence.
Mallory was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Mallory remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $150,000, awaiting a court hearing.
