INCIDENT: HS 11378 - Possession of a Controlled Substance For Sale
LOCATION: Walnut Street/North L Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jeremy Davidson, 41-years-old, Resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, August 18, 2022, at approximately 2:50 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Jeremy Davidson near the intersection of Walnut Street and North L Street in Needles.
During the investigation, Davidson was found to be in violation of HS 11378 - Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale. Davidson was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Davidson remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000, awaiting a court hearing.
