Flood Advisory until 10:45PM Thursday
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.
* WHEN...Until 945 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Minor rockfalls and debris flows in Lamoille Canyon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 815 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.2 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lamoille Canyon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
