UPDATE: The signal at the S/B 101 off ramp/131 overpass is now working properly. Traffic is now flowing normally.
The traffic signal at the S/B 101 off ramp/131 overpass is currently flashing red. CHP and Caltrans have been advised. We don't have an estimated time for the signal to be fully operational. Please be patient and/or use alternate routes.
