Expect Traffic Delays Marina Park to Doolittle Dr (city border) 12pm - 4pm. 
The San Leandro Police Department is aware of an upermitted event at the San Leandro Marina involving a large group of bicyclists. Officers have made contact with the event organizers and have learned that the bicyclists plan on leaving the Marina area at around noon and plan to travel to the USS Hornet. The path of travel out of San Leandro will be eastbound Marina Blvd to northbound Doolittle Dr. The group does plan on returning to San Leandro sometime between 3:30pm - 4pm.
Although this is an upermitted event, San Leandro Police staff will monitor the group as they leave the Marina to help minimize traffic delays.
If you need to be in this area during these times, please expect traffic delays.
The department has identified the main organizer and will be working with the City Attorney’s Office to explore potential legal action.
