* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Most of North Texas including the following counties, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through noon Monday. The heaviest rainfall is expected to occur Sunday night into Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in urban and poor-drainage areas. Heavy rainfall could also cause flooding of creeks, streams, and rivers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches, with isolated amounts in excess of 8 inches.
