* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Barnegat, Hammonton, Beachwood, Shamong, Buena, Tuckerton, Presidential Lakes Estates, Chatsworth, Penn State Forest, Wharton State Forest, and Old Halfway. - This includes the following highways...
