Flash Flood Warning until 08:45AM

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey... South Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 845 AM EDT.

* At 437 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Barnegat, Tuckerton, Beach Haven West, Brookville, Bass River State Forest, Mystic Island, Ocean Acres, Manahawkin, and Waretown. This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 53 and 71.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BURLINGTON, NJ ... OCEAN, NJ
