Update on Cold Case Homicide of Karen Stitt

On August 20th, Sunnyvale Detectives transported Gary Gene Ramirez from Maui to California without incident. He was booked into Santa Clara County Jail. His court date has not yet been determined. 

Ramirez was arrested in Maui on August 2nd, 2022 in connection with the 1982 cold case homicide of 15 year old Karen Stitt.
