* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 402 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wading River, New Gretna, and Bass River State Forest. - This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 51 and 55. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
