* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Kimble, Mason and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 313 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Junction, South Llano River State Park, Segovia, Telegraph, Roosevelt, London, Cleo, Us-83 Near The Kerr-Kimble County Line, Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line, Yates Crossing, The Intersection Of I-10 And Us 290, I-10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line and I-10 Near The Sutton-kKmble County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River, RM 385 crossing Perdenales River, RM 385 crossing Falls Prong, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, RM 2291 crossings along Bear Creek, CR 150 crossing South Llano River, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek and FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek.
