* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania...including the following counties...Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen is spots with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Wilson, Nazareth, Kutztown, Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, and Bath. - This includes the following highways...
