* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lancaster and York.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 517 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lancaster, York, Columbia, Millersville, Willow Street, Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, East York, Stonybrook-Wilshire, West York, Grantley, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, Valley View, Strasburg, Mountville, Hallam, Quarryville, Wrightsville and Yorklyn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
