* WHERE...Portions of central New Jersey...and northern New Jersey... including the following counties...in central New Jersey... Monmouth. In northern New Jersey...Middlesex.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen in spots with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Old Bridge, Sayreville, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, Matawan, and Lincroft. - This includes the following highways...
