Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Arcelia Looney. She is a 67 year-old female Black, who was last seen on Tuesday August 16, 2022 at approximately 5:00 p.m. on the 12000 block of Wilmington Avenue in Los Angeles.
Arcelia is 5’08” tall, 150 lbs., black hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light shirt, a white sweater, dark pants, and carrying a large orange purse.
Ms. Looney suffers from schizophrenia, diabetes, COPD and is medication dependent.
Her family is concerned with her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
