A flash flood watch is issued when conditions are favorable for flooding. It doesn't mean it will flood, but it is possible!
We expect to see 2-4 inches of rain, possibly more in isolated areas, over the next 18 hours. Be mindful of low lying areas that are prone to flooding.
BE PREPARED- TURN AROUND, DONT DROWN!!
This rain event can also cause trees to fall, stay weather wise.
