Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) announced it has begun the SR-55 Improvement Project between the I-405 and I-5 freeways.
 
Crews are preparing the corridor for construction, and activities include:

• Restriping lanes along the SR-55
• Placing temporary concrete barriers, lighting, and cones
• Installing reduced speed limit, construction, and detour signs

To maintain the safety of the traveling public and construction crews, slow down and stay alert while traveling through the project area.
