The Board of Supervisors extended the 45-day public review period for the John Smith Road Landfill Expansion Draft Environmental Impact Report at the Board of Supervisors' regular meeting on August 23, 2022. The end of the public review period is extended from August 29, 2022, to September 6, 2022. Written comment should be received by San Benito County no later than 5:00 pm on September 6, 2022.
