All streets in the area are now open

This morning, a construction crew working near Valley View Middle School hit a gas line. ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF ARE SAFE and have been moved to the area of the campus farthest from the incident. The gas lines have been shut down and emergency crews are on site to fix the damage.

It is very important that no one comes to the school right now. The streets surrounding the scene are closed. This would include Tapo Street north of Alamo, Township Avenue and Walnut.

Township Elementary School is also on alert, but at this time they do not need to be isolated.
