Full Notification

Due to water main flushing, Imlay City water customers may notice rusty or more discolored water since the City switched to its stand-by wells. Also, due to flushing water mains, customers may notice low water pressure at a faucet in their home. Please remove and clean the aerator and that should restore pressure to that faucet. A customer that has pressure at a kitchen faucet, but none at the bathroom faucet would be a good indicator that the aerator is plugged. All aerators in the home could get plugged, so please check this first if you notice an issue.
