Wednesday trash routes are complete but delays are likely for Thursday routes.
Republic reported having a delay getting a Thursday route started due to personnel constraints. They have just mobilized a truck and will be working in areas that include Forest Hills, Macclesfield and Lambeth Walk, Highbridge, Jackson Woods, Wethersfield, and Huntington.
Medford Township officials have mobilized a truck borrowed from Medford Lakes in an effort to get some more of this route collected These areas include Atsion Road, Stonehenge Drive, Tudor Court, Duncan Court, Sturbridge Court, Grist Mill Court, Evergreen Drive, Hawthorne Drive, and Laurelwood Lane. The driver will then move into Huntington Circle Drive, Yardley Drive , Hadley Drive, Oxford Court, Wyndon Court, Cambridge Court, and Cobbler Court to ensure that all of this particular route is completed today.
The remaining two Thursday routes are running on time and are likely to be completed today. In the event these areas cannot be completed for any reason, additional updates will be distributed. Medford Township officials continue to explore options to help get trash collected in a timely fashion. Residents with questions can call the Department of Neighborhood Services at 609-654-6791.
We appreciate your patience and consideration as we work through this temporary delay.
