Update on Rio Grande Av fatal crash 
The Vigo County Sheriff‘s Office has unfortunately learned of the passing of Kevin Mills, who was the passenger in the Rio Grande Ave accident on 08-19-2022. Mr. Mills passed away the afternoon of 08-24-2022. DNA testing is underway for identification of the deceased driver in this vehicle accident.
