Watch Commander’s Day Report - August 28, 2022 
1. Carjacking (0200) 500 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
The male victim, 43, was walking near the call location when six suspects assaulted him and took his vehicle. The victim refused medical treatment. SUSPECTS: Six unknown race males.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0900) 1000 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
The female victim, 21, was in an argument with the suspect who intentionally struck the victim with his vehicle. The victim received medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries at an area hospital. ARRESTED: Eduardo Esparza-Velasquez, 22, for assault with a deadly weapon.
