Chicago, Cicero, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Palatine, Skokie, Des Plaines, Berwyn, Mount Prospect, Oak Park, Glenview, Elmhurst, Lombard, Buffalo Grove, Ohare Airport, Wheeling, Park Ridge, Addison, Northbrook and Elk Grove Village.
