The Town of Delhi advises you to expect traffic delays and detours in the Town and Village tomorrow, Tuesday, August 30, due to a transformer traveling through. It is expected to go through Town between the early morning hours to the late afternoon. It is coming from Route 28 (Meridale) and going to Route 10 (Hamden). It travels 5 mph. Seek alternate routes if possible.
