MR WISECARVER WAS LOCATED
Raymond Wisecarver (DOB 10/08/1942). Wisecarver is described as a male, White, 5’-09”, weighing 130 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black shirt. Wisecarver does not have a cellular phone. Missing from the 600 block of W. Duarte Rd, Arcadia, CA. It is unknown if Wisecarver has any cash or means to pay for anything. Wisecarver suffers from Schizophrenia, which he takes medication for daily. The attached photograph of Wisecarver was taken in the past year.
