* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1211 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger and Benoit. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... CR 116 crossing Pony Creek, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, County Road 351 crossing Bluff Creek, County Road 351 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 330 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 342 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 261 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 131 crossing Hog Creek, crossings along County Road 158 and County Road 135 crossing Middle Mustang Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
