Herkimer St - Ditching 
The City of Oneonta will be ditching on Herkimer St tomorrow, Wednesday, August, 31st. Work will begin around 7:00am and conclude by 5:00pm. Herkimer St will be reduced to one lane of traffic. Please use caution and obey flaggers and all temporary traffic control devices.
