* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Dimmit, Edwards, Kerr, Kinney, Maverick, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff and heavy rainfall may result in the flooding of rivers, creeks and low-water crossings. Flooding is possible at underpasses, and in poor drainage and urban areas where ditches may become clogged with debris. Rivers may rise to bankfull or into minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms producing locally heavy rainfall are possible. Recent heavy rainfall has led to some areas that will be more sensitive to the potential for flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
