Boil Water Advisory 
BOIL WATER ADVISORY
The City of Flatwoods, Kentucky has issued a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for the following areas effective: Wednesday, August 31, 2022 until further notice due to a water main break.
Route 1458 from Janet Street to Thompson Rd including all side streets as well as Fields Ave including all side streets.
Water, for consumption, should be boiled for at least five (5) minutes as a precautionary measure. The City of Flatwoods apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
