A ConED Power Issue occurred in the area of Lincoln Ave/ 9th Ave. The situation is being corrected. 
A minor traffic condition exists in the area of Lincoln Ave and Ninth Avenue due to a tree that has fallen in New Rochelle. This tree also brought down power lines, causing power issues in the Village. ConEd is out working to correct the situation.
